All teams have been finalized and trading is closed.
1) we need to update all the team pages and create the new teams.
2) we need to observe team balance issues.
3) players need to be able to plan for what team they are on. ALL Players please check the 2013 master player list for your current team placement. a lot of changes have occured
Trading will recommence on monday
